Behind the scenes, our maintenance program is built around one goal: reliability you don’t have to think about. Drivers perform detailed inspections before and after every trip, and our maintenance team reviews each report and addresses issues quickly.
In addition, every vehicle follows a preventive maintenance schedule tracked in our software. It’s monitored by both mileage and time, helping us stay ahead of wear and avoid surprises.
Our coaches are inspected more often than standard manufacturer recommendations. All service work is completed by technicians certified by the Minnesota State Patrol through the Mandatory Inspection Program for Commercial Vehicles. Each vehicle also undergoes required annual DOT inspections.
Dedicated Cleaning & Detailing
At Lorenz Bus Service, every vehicle in our fleet is thoroughly cleaned after each trip by dedicated wash technicians working alongside our drivers. From the exterior finish to the smallest interior detail, our team takes personal responsibility for creating a spotless, comfortable environment for every passenger.
Restrooms are fully serviced, sanitized, and restocked. Each coach is run through our advanced wash system, while interiors are carefully detailed to ensure a fresh, welcoming ride from the moment passengers step onboard.
